The Future Leaders programme supports young entrepreneurs from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds to build the skills and network they need to grow successful businesses.

We look for aspiring business owners:

with a digital product or service offering
from an ethnically diverse or lower socioeconomic background, or a person with a disability
between the ages of 21-30

Upskill

Tap into the experiences of industry experts at monthly professional development workshops. Learn about value proposition, finance and accounting, branding and digital marketing, pitching, and more.

1:1 Coaching

Work with your individually assigned coach at monthly 1:1 sessions to help shape what progress looks like for your business and create a roadmap to success.

Network

During the programme, you’ll have access to all our experts who can help you with various elements of the business. You’ll also have the chance to present to investors at the end of the programme.

Get paid

We know that one of the biggest barriers to entry for underrepresented entrepreneurs is finding the time to focus on your business. After all, time is money... That's why we offer £3000 over your six-month programme, paid in monthly instalments of £500, to help you dedicate time to building your skills and business.
